All payments made through RK ArabJobs are for the services agreed upon directly between a Client and a Freelancer. The primary responsibility for project satisfaction lies with both parties through clear communication and agreement on deliverables.
1.2 Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are mediated by RK ArabJobs under the following circumstances:
Non-Delivery of Work: If a Freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon work by the project deadline and is unresponsive.
Significant Breach of Agreement: If the delivered work is materially different from the specifications outlined in the project agreement.
Freelancer Inability to Complete: If a Freelancer cannot complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances and both parties agree a refund is necessary.
1.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be granted for:
A change of mind or decision to halt a project after work has commenced.
Dissatisfaction with delivered work that substantially meets the initially agreed-upon terms and specifications.
Discovery of a lower-priced service after a payment has been made.
1.4 The Refund Process
To initiate a refund request:
The Client must formally raise a dispute via the platform's resolution center, providing a detailed reason and supporting evidence.
RK ArabJobs will review the communication history, project brief, and submitted work.
Our team will mediate between both parties to seek a mutually agreeable solution, which may include revision requests, partial payment, or a full refund.

2.1 Platform Role Limitation
RK ArabJobs is a venue that connects Freelancers and Clients. We are not a party to the service contracts formed between users. Consequently, we are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of the services provided by Freelancers, nor for the ability of Clients to pay for services.
2.2 User Responsibilities
Freelancers are independent businesses responsible for the quality and timely delivery of their work, their own taxes, and compliance with all applicable laws.
Clients are responsible for providing clear, detailed project briefs and timely feedback, and for making payments for work they have approved.
2.3 Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RK ArabJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform or any disputes with other users.
Protecting your account is a shared responsibility. You are obligated to use the security features we provide.
