Platform Role: RK ArabJobs acts as a venue to connect Freelancers ("Service Providers") with Clients ("Service Seekers"). We are not a party to the service contracts formed directly between users and do not employ the Freelancers on our platform.
User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use RK ArabJobs. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these conditions.
Service Agreements: The terms of a project, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment, are defined solely between the Client and the Freelancer. RK ArabJobs is not responsible for enforcing these agreements but provides tools to facilitate the relationship.
Prohibited Conduct: Users agree not to post, transmit, or share content that is illegal, harassing, infringing on intellectual property, or that attempts to circumvent the platform's payment system.

Freelancer Responsibilities:
You are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of the services you provide.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax laws related to your earnings.
You must not misrepresent your skills, experience, or qualifications.
Client Responsibilities:
You are responsible for providing clear, detailed, and lawful project briefs.
You agree to pay Freelancers for accepted work through the platform's payment system in a timely manner.
You must not harass, abuse, or make unreasonable demands of Freelancers.
Platform Limitations: RK ArabJobs is not liable for any disputes, claims, losses, or damages arising from the interactions between Freelancers and Clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles, the availability of the platform, or the outcome of any project. The platform's total liability to any user is limited to the total service fees paid by or to the user in the six months prior to the action giving rise to the liability.
The security of your account is a shared responsibility. You are obligated to use the security features we provide.

Use a strong and unique password for your RK ArabJobs account.
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
Immediately notify RK ArabJobs of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Log out of your account at the end of each session.
